I love to infuse my water with lemons and limes, it keeps them fresh and tastes great while I’m working out without being too heavy on the stomach. I tend to go with something BPA free and premium quality, after all, it’s with me 24/7 so the better the quality the happier I am.
One great piece of equipment that is a must-have whether you workout at home or at the gym you must own a great set of resistance bands, "you can use a resistance band to assist in a pull-up and make it easier. The stronger the resistance band, the easier the movement will be. Or you can use a band to make a movement like air squat or glute bridge harder. The stronger the resistance, the harder the movement will be."
Another great tool that can also be used along with the bands after passing beginners level; is the Ab Roller. A lot of people have judged the Ab Roller is a gimmick, there is nothing further from the truth. A world full of top experts and fitness trainers begs to differ as you can do a full-body workout at home with nothing but bands, an Ab Roller and your own body.
